5 Narrow Stance Goblet Squats

Strength (5 Rounds for weight)

EMOM x 15

Min 1: 8-10 DB Bench Press

Min 2: 4-5 Tempo Ring Dip (2-1-x-1)

Min 3: rest

5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
