200m Run (together)

Each Teammate will start on a different erg.  Once all athletes have completed their Calories, all athletes will run 200m together.  Once all athletes are back, they will rotate ergs and start round 2.

200m Run = 3 Reps (1 for each athlete to complete the run)

Total reps for 1 round = 48/39 reps

Strength (5 Rounds for weight)
