The CrossFit Open starts in a week! Can you believe it?!!? If you haven’t registered for it, you should! Anyone can participate at any level. If you’re not sure what it is, ask a coach!
We will be doing Saturday morning community throwdown in place of our normal Saturday class times, with heats you can reserve in WODIFY.
Once the workouts are posted we will update everyone on schedule and flow, but for now.. 8:00am-11am.. be there!! We will have some fun, music, community, food, and more!

12 db snatch(50/35)
15 bjo (24/20) (no rebounding)

-try different techniques and cycle speed on each side. Time each effort. This should help with how fast you should be completing each round in the actual work out. Pace, pace, pace
