The CrossFit Open starts in a week! Can you believe it?!!? If you haven’t registered for it, you should! Anyone can participate at any level. If you’re not sure what it is, ask a coach!
We will be doing Saturday morning community throwdown in place of our normal Saturday class times, with heats you can reserve in WODIFY.
Once the workouts are posted we will update everyone on schedule and flow, but for now.. 8:00am-11am.. be there!! We will have some fun, music, community, food, and more!

Clean and jerk complex 6 sets to build to something heavy but comfortable of 1 clean high pull . drop. into power clean +push jerk. drop. squat clean + split jerk

find a heavy 2 rep front squat

Bench press- 5 sets of 3 (10-15 pound heavier than previous week) super set with :20/:30 secs of chin ups
