6 Goblet Squats

3 Sets Building (1st rounds coach led)

1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

Power Snatch + Full Snatch (Every 1:30 x 8 @ 65%-70%)

We will be building on this complex for the next 6-8 weeks.  Let’s set a good foundation of proper mechanics today and be able to build.

12 dumbbell snatches

15 box jump-overs

F: 35-lb. dumbbell, 20-in. box

M: 50-lb. dumbbell, 24-in. box
