WOD 4 Wishes This Saturday! Every year Trivium partners with Make a Wish of middle TN to sponsor a child’s wish. We have shirts for sale at the front, all proceeds go to support this, so please get your shirt and come get in a great workout this weekend

min 3-10 air squats + 10 kip swings
min 4- 6 inch worms with push ups
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Teams of 2 or 3
25 minute running clock

(2x the distance if done on c2 bike)

40 syncro air squats
