Looking for consistent splits, but also working to hit more high volume reps on the toes to bar.  Try to hold on to big sets as long as you can

We have been playing with the wall facing push up in bonus fitness. Today we put it in a workout.  Still play with it and be okay scaling the reps back to 3-4
