At the designated heat start tkme – Find partner and take 8 min to build to 85% of your back squat, or the average of each.
During that time do :30 each
Couch stretch
Pigeon
Dynamic hip stretches
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 32
2 Back Squats @ 85% of 1RM
6 BBJO 30/24
13 HSPU (strict if possible)
18 Double unders (heavy rope if possible)
Modifications:
Back Squat – lower the weight
BBJO 24/20 box
HSPU – add an abmat, off a box, hrpu
Double unders – 36 single (18×2)
