CF Trivium is such an incredibly welcoming, fun and positive place that makes it easy to call a gym home. Today I had class with Christy who is amazing!!! I love her coaching because she is so intuitive and meets me where I am depending on what day I’ve had, like whether I want an extra push or if I’m there to just sweat. She provides excellent coaching and is an all around wonderful person.

Coaches and staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Christina was thorough in explaining the WOD including the warmup and demoed every single aspect of the WOD. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to educate and make minor corrections to perfect our form. Thank you Christina and the Trivium team!

My wife and I have done many drop-ins and Real Change CF is top notch. The coaches and owner were super nice and genuine. We immediately felt the sense of community that CrossFit is so well known for. Next time we’re in Nashville, or passing through, we will definitely be dropping in!

This gym and the people here are amazing. I am new to CrossFit and the team here has made it very accessible and welcoming and they encourage you as you grow.
