All of our 9 coaches at Trivium are at a minimum CrossFit Level 1 certified. In each 60 minute class you will do a conditioning workout, a strength workout and a main workout, or WOD(Workout Of the Day) Each athlete is coached and trained to the level of physical and mental ability they possess for the workout at hand, while still being pushed to meet their specific goals.

Pricing FAQ

When do I get billed?

You will be billed on the date of signup for the month. Your plan will auto-renew on that day the following month.

Can I cancel my membership?

For our 3 month commitment membership if you choose to cancel before your 90 days is through you will be charged at 100.00 cancelation fee.

Any month to month membership can be canceled at any time with 2 days notice prior to billing. Memberships purchased will not be refunded.

Why should I choose the unlimited membership?

As with any fitness program, real and lasting results are achieved over time and with commitment. We don’t make you sign a contract, and the cost for what you get access to is minimal. We completely understand that for many people 3 times a week is great goal to achieve, for the rest of you… UNLIMITED!

Do you offer Personal Training and how is it billed?

Personal training is a program that is build specifically for you, the athlete. It is one on one and highly goals oriented. Our trainers will perform a discovery session and build a program specifically for YOU! It is billed on a per session basis in advance with a minimum of 5 sessions purchase required. Each session is one hour long.
